It's so good to hear from the BAB community on this special day -- thanks for taking the time to wish glad tidings!
We'll have a post on Thursday for everyone to discuss what comics-related goodness was bestowed, so hold on to your excitement for another two days. But come back tomorrow for another author post, specially made my Karen!
We've opened all of our gifts around here and have had a splendid brunch prepared by my significant other. Later today it's two stops to spend a little time with family. My brother-in-law was able to secure four tickets to tonight's Bulls-Rockets game, and in a skybox no less! So he, my nephew, and my two sons will be heading to the Windy City around 5:00 to enjoy that.
I already jumped the gun last night and sent my holiday greetings in the preceding thread, but I'll say it again: a very happy Christmas and/or other holidays to everyone here, especially our wonderful (no sarcasm intended) hosts. And I have to say, like Mike W., I love that holiday greeting with the scowling Darkseid. By the way, Mike from T&T, you're not really drinking eggnog over there, are you? I can't think of a worse beverage to accompany that tropical humidity...
Nah, Edo, I was just making a joke - I don't drink period! It was my way of adding a little bit of humour in the festivities! Hope you (and all the BAB) are enjoying the holidays!
- Mike 'OK I was really drinking Koolaid' from Trinidad & Tobago.
Merry Christmas, All..!
ReplyDeleteWill look forward to hearing how gracious Santa was to all our loyal contributers.

I'm late to the game as usual, but being out of town yesterday with my extended family, I can say we had a very Merry Christmas indeed.
ReplyDeleteI hope that one and all here had the same. Be safe during this latest winter storm.
Rip Off
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year all!!!
ReplyDeleteDoug, did you enjoy the Skybox seats..?
ReplyDeleteI had one of them for a Chicago Blackhawks game when I worked for Peat Marwick about 20some yrs ago (company-sponsored event..).
It was great fun.
Merry Christmas, everyone - even though I'm a day late.
