Also, and with reference to Karen's comment in that preceding thread, thanks especially to Karen & Doug for making this blog such a fun place to visit everyday (and indeed making it an oasis from the world's more weighty concerns).

Just got back from doing some traveling, driving to Florida's central Gulf Coast yesterday for two parties with my dad & stepmom & friends & other step-relatives, then driving back to NE FL to spend a little time with my mom before returning home to feed some hungry felines! Happy holidays, Doug & Karen and the the rest of the usual gang!
