Merry Christmas and happy holidays in general to you, Karen & Doug, and everyone else who visits the blog. Just wanted to - once again - add my thanks to you two for hosting this wonderful site, because that can never be emphasized enough...
Merry Christmas, Karen and Doug! Hope your holiday season is filled with peace and joy ( and the same wish for all Bronze Age Babies everywhere). And yes, thank you all for making this blog such a pleasure to visit!
So many "thanks" are in order to not only our head "Babies", or should that be "Baby" and "Babe", but to all those that share their memories and insights. I live 'em all! So to one and all I say:
Merry Christmas movie house! Merry Christmas Emporium! Merry Christmas you old building and loan!!!
It truly is a Wonderful Life!!!
(I want to wish you a merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart).
Merry Christmas to all, and thanks very much for the well wishes and kind thoughts.
Our immediate family is celebrating together tomorrow. Now that our oldest is engaged, we're dealing with the reality of "splitting" the holidays with another family. It's all very exciting, but we'd lie if it was stated that today wasn't just a little strange.
In a couple of days we'll have our traditional post where readers can report the gifts they received -- comics-related or otherwise. Be on the look-out!
Commiserations, Doug. This is the first year of a likely alternating-holiday model for our oldest and his girlfriend (and our respective families) as well-- but we had the good fortune to have them both here for the first one.
And please let me add my heartfelt thanks as well to you & Karen, eh? This small extra group of esteemed friends and cohorts is a delightful haven and oasis even on the toughest of days. My appreciation goes beyond my ability to adequately (or perhaps cleverly?) express!

Merry Christmas to all. I have to say, though, ol' Jade Jaws does not look to be in the Christmas spirit!
